No matter your philosophy and style, I believe colour is important in an early childhood classroom. To me, colour is happiness! Look around your classroom - does it look happy? Here are some ways of splashing happy colours around the room:
Hand in hand with colour is organisation and neatness. A cluttered, messy classroom indicates chaos, so regularly keep on top of the dumping piles, especially in the teaching resource area!
Lovely classrooms! I have to agree with you on the colour. One of the reason we chose my daughter's school was the creativity and colour of the room. I wanted to stay and play there for hours and so I knew my daughter would too! xx
